Fenix Sauna Milano is a gay sauna club for men a few metres from Cimiano station on metro line M2, run as a circolo affiliated with ARCO, so entry needs a membership card and visitors must be 18 or over. Members get a Finnish sauna at 65 to 80 °C, a Turkish bath, a hydromassage pool, chromotherapy showers, a lounge bar, a cruising area and a solarium garden from May to September. Entry is 20 EUR on weekdays, 12 EUR after 6 PM and 25 EUR at weekends with a buffet.
Metrò Club Milano
Metrò Club Milano is a men-only gay sauna beside Milano Centrale station on Via Schiaparelli, run as a cultural association affiliated with ARCO, so entry is for card-holding members: the All Club card costs 17 EUR a year and opens every affiliated club in Italy, the One Club card 10 EUR for this club only. Across three levels members get a dry sauna, two Turkish baths, a hydromassage pool, relax cabins and a restaurant bar, with a buffet every Sunday.
TBlue Sauna
TBlue Sauna is a members' club sauna on Via Breda in north-east Milan, run as a circolo within ARCO, the Italian network of gay recreational clubs, so entry needs an ARCO One Pass card and adults only. Members get a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a hydromassage pool, emotional showers, relax cabins, a video room and a bar-café. It is open every day from 1 PM to 9 PM and has closed for a summer break in past years, from 28 July to 5 September in 2025.
