Its thermal-treated alder Finnish sauna reaches up to 190°F and sits beside an infrared sauna and a 16 by 7 foot cold pool framed by hammam-style heated stone benches; guided cold soaks, aromatherapy, Aufguss ceremonies and sound baths run through the day.
