Guests book a private full-spectrum infrared room, standard or large, for a 50-minute session (40 minutes of heat at 45 to 65 degrees) with a shower in the room. A separate 7-degree ice bath can be booked for 15 minutes. A standard session is $43 and a large room $49. It opens 7am to 8:30pm on weekdays.
