Reset Saunas is a small independent mobile sauna and cold plunge set up at Gibraltar Gardens on Heigham Street, beside the river in Norwich. It runs a traditional wood-fired Finnish sauna at 70 to 90°C and a filtered, temperature-controlled cold plunge kept at 8 to 12°C for contrast therapy. Sessions are booked online and the site opens on weekends only, on Saturdays and Sundays.
