Nirvana Spa
Nirvana Spa is a large day spa in Sindlesham near Wokingham, a few miles south-east of Reading, whose pools are filled from a natural aquifer. Its thermal suite pairs a dry sauna with a salt-inhalation steam room, a plunge pool and an ice rub station, alongside an ice plunge, a Dead Sea salt floatation pool, a Roman pool, a heated outdoor spa garden and a candlelit tepidarium. Three-hour Time Out packages cost £75 Monday to Thursday and £90 Friday to Sunday.
