Rennes Aqua Center is a private wellness centre in Acigné, about ten minutes east of Rennes and on STAR bus line 64. Its 70 m2 Espace Prestige is booked exclusively by groups of two to fifteen and holds an XXL jacuzzi, a six-seat sauna, a six-seat eucalyptus hammam, a sensory shower and a cold douche écossaise. It also has two flotation tanks and the Vital Dôme, a long-wave infrared sauna sold at 36 EUR for 45 minutes. Open daily 9:00 to 21:00 by booking; Prestige starts at 100 EUR for two.
Spadium Saint-Grégoire
Spadium Saint-Grégoire is a public aquatic centre just north of Rennes with a 60 m lazy river, hot tubs, a sports pool and a slide. Its separate Espace Détente has a Finnish sauna at 80 to 110 degrees, an infrared Japanese sauna at 55 degrees, hammams, Scandinavian showers, a rest room and a patio with a terrace and a cold-water bath. The Détente ticket excludes the jacuzzis, which need the Détente plus pool entry. The area can be hired privately on Saturday afternoons.
