Its adults-only Espace Bien-Être, open from age 16, has a Scandinavian sauna at 80 degrees, a hammam at 55 degrees, a salt grotto, a balneo pool at 32 degrees, sensory showers including a cold douche écossaise, and an outdoor solarium. A Liberté entry to the pools and wellness area costs 24 EUR, or 20 EUR for local residents.
Keraqua Thorigné
Keraqua Thorigné is a private pool, sports and wellness centre in the Le Bocage shopping centre at Thorigné-Fouillard, north-east of Rennes. Its wellness area has a wood sauna at 70 to 90 degrees with a backlit Himalayan salt wall, a hammam, a hot tub and a cold shower.
