Fire Salt & Sea

Fire Salt & Sea is an independent, wood-fired Finnish-style sauna on the pebbles of Worthing beach, opposite Heene Terrace. A 200 kg Estonian stove with olivine rocks heats it to 85ºC or more, a full-width window looks out to sea, and bathers cool off under watering-can showers or in the sea. Community sessions (mixed and women only) run Thursday to Sunday all year at £15 for 60 minutes; private hire is from £45 per group.
