Luna Hut Sauna Worthing

Luna Hut's Worthing hut is a wood-fired Nordic sauna in the outdoor grounds of Splashpoint Leisure Centre on the seafront, reached through the Beach House grounds. Bathers book 30-minute, one-hour or 90-minute communal sessions and cool off in two chilled plunge tubs, a bucket shower and an alfresco shower, with private changing cubicles and a decked area with sea views. It opens Monday, Thursday to Sunday; private hire is offered.
