The Beauty Island Sanctuary is a family-run private day spa opposite Worthing railway station. Its Balinese Spa Suite, with a hot tub, a traditional herbal sauna and a relaxation space, is reserved for each booking party, so guests never share it with strangers. Visits are sold as packages that combine private spa time with treatments, such as the three-hour Spa Relaxation Experience at £150 per person midweek or £170 at weekends.
