Virgin Active Cape Town Foreshore is a Virgin Active health club in the Netcare Christiaan Barnard Memorial Hospital building on Rua Bartholomeu Dias, popular with city-centre commuters. Alongside a gym floor, a Ride cycling studio, Wattbikes and a heated lap pool, the club has a sauna and a steam room for members. Entry is by membership, and prospective members can ask for a free guest pass to try the club.
