Large club-run fitness centre in a former tennis hall on Olshausenstraße, operated by the sports club VFG Kiel e.V. Its sauna area has two classic sport saunas at 80 and 90 °C, a relaxation room, foot basins for alternating baths and an ice fountain, with women-only sauna hours twice a week. Sauna use is included in every fitness and course membership rather than sold as single entry. In autumn 2026 the 80 °C sauna was out of service for repairs.
