Its auto-löyly saunas sit inside the open-air terrace: the men's runs at 80 to 90 °C with an iki stove and seats 16, beside a 17.5 °C cold bath and a 12th-floor cooling terrace over the city, and the women's terrace looks towards Kumamoto Castle. It won a Saunachelin 2020 special award. Day entry 3 to 11 PM is ¥1,400 on weekdays; a cheaper morning slot runs 6 to 11 AM.

Yuya Suizen is a 'luxury sauna and spa' on the second floor of the Matsuya annex beside Suizenji park, opened in 2023 and open to non-guests. Its single-sex Ohyu baths are filled with natural groundwater from the Aso aquifer, and the self-löyly sauna is built with Aso basalt and scented with an original green-tea aroma water. Private saunas called Yokusu can also be booked. Day visits start at ¥3,000; open 6 to 11 AM and noon to midnight, and the baths are for junior-high age and over.
