The main baths have a very large Finnish-style sauna with aroma löyly every 15 minutes, a salt sauna, a 2 m deep carbonated cold bath at about 10°C and a 6 m cold pool you can swim in. The South Area adds a 'live sauna', an outdoor tent sauna with self-löyly, a hinoki barrel sauna and a −20°C cooling zone. Entry ¥900 on weekdays and ¥1,000 at weekends; the rock-bath zone costs extra.
