うめきた温泉 蓮 Wellbeing Park
Umekita Onsen Ren is a 24-hour wellness park in Grand Green Osaka, north of Osaka station, certified by the health ministry as a health-promotion facility. Men have a large sauna with auto and self löyly and auto Aufguss; women have a Finnish dry sauna and an aroma moisture sauna. Cold baths are kept near 28°C under medical advice. There are indoor and outdoor pools with a tent sauna, bedrock baths, a gym and private bath-and-sauna rooms. Entry from ¥3,190 on weekdays; age 12 and up.

Tennen Onsen Naniwa no Yu is a super sento on the eighth floor near the Tenjinbashisuji 6-chome shopping arcade, under 2 km from Osaka station. Its natural hot spring is drawn from 659 m. Men get a large tower sauna with auto-löyly on the hour and half hour and a 45°C steam room with salt; women get a far-infrared tower sauna with auto-löyly, a salt sauna and a collagen-light steam room. The cold bath uses groundwater. Entry is ¥900 on weekdays, ¥1,000 at weekends.

Hinata no Yu Osaka Universal Bayside opened in June 2025 on the 14th floor of a building five minutes from Ajikawaguchi station, calling itself a sento with a natural hot spring from 1,000 m and open-air baths over Osaka Bay. The far-infrared tower sauna seats about 20 and has auto-löyly and Aufguss sessions; a cold bath and an outdoor rest area with beds and chairs catch the sea breeze. Open 7:00 to 24:00; adult entry is ¥900 on weekday daytimes, rising to ¥1,400 on weekend evenings.

Hinata no Yu Shin-Osaka is a day hot spring on the ninth floor of a building six minutes' walk from the Shin-Osaka office district, with a natural spring from 800 m and mostly open-air baths looking out over the city. Its far-infrared sauna is set to 85°C with tiered seating, and the cold bath runs at 17.5 to 18°C; occasional Aufguss events are held. It opens at 6:00 for morning bathing, 8:00 on Saturdays, and closes at 1:00. Adult entry is ¥880 on weekdays and ¥1,000 at weekends.

Spa Suminoe is a hot-spring super sento in Izumi, Suminoe ward, using a natural spring from 700 m. Its two open-air areas, the Forest jar baths and the Bamboo grove bath, swap between men and women every Monday. Saunas include a löyly sauna and a Super Löyly sauna built with isness stoves, an Ako salt sauna and a fine-mist steam sauna with a seated bath, alongside a cold bath, a source-fed jar bath and a strong carbonated spring. Open every day from 10:00 to 2:00; adult entry ¥800 or ¥900.
空庭温泉 OSAKA BAY TOWER
Solaniwa Onsen is a hot-spring theme park in Osaka Bay Tower at Bentencho, where guests wander in yukata. On the fifth floor, a weakly alkaline hot spring from 1,000 m fills nine baths, including a free-flowing open-air source bath and an infinity bath overlooking a large Japanese garden. The Finnish-style dry sauna has auto-löyly, and a cold bath stands next to it. Open 11:00 to 23:00, with a morning bath from 6:00 to 9:30; adult entry runs from ¥2,310 to ¥3,630 by date.

Tsurumi-ryokuchi Yumoto Suishun is a day hot spring by Tsurumi-ryokuchi station, drawing a therapeutic spring from 1,300 m for its 13 baths. Men have a far-infrared sauna, a herbal salt steam sauna and a meditation sauna with push-button löyly; women have the far-infrared and herbal salt steam saunas. Staff also fan guests with big uchiwa during löyly sessions, and there is a cold bath and one of Osaka's largest bedrock-bath areas. Open 9:00 to 2:00, from 6:00 on Sundays.

Saunas include a sauna theatre for 140 with Aufguss shows, a tea sauna with hojicha löyly, a dry laconicum, a Finnish sauna house, a hinoki sauna, a salt sauna and a herbal steam room; cooling includes a golden cold bath.
