Wagamachi Sauna is a walk-in sauna by Noda-Hanshin station in Fukushima ward that pairs a men-only public sauna with a private sauna for men and women. The public side is a four-tier tower holding up to 18 people, with a 110 cm deep cold bath and an indoor rest area, all kept silent. Guest Aufguss sessions run monthly. The public sauna costs ¥1,450 for 75 minutes or ¥1,800 for two hours; the private room, booked through LINE, starts at ¥6,000 on weekdays. Payment is cashless only.

Sauna & Capsule AMZA sits on the seventh floor of a Sennichimae building near Namba and Nippombashi stations. It has three saunas, led by the IKI sauna with its heaped sauna stones, where staff stage löyly and Aufguss with light and sound every day. There is an observation open-air bath overlooking Minami, a radium bath, a cold bath and a cold jar bath, and 426 capsule rooms upstairs. Open 12:00 to 10:00 next morning; entry ¥2,500 on weekdays and ¥2,900 at weekends.

Daitoyo Ladies is the women-only sauna and spa in the basement of the Daitoyo building near Umeda. Its Fantasy Sauna holds up to 30 at 90°C, with aurora and star projections during daily towel-waving löyly by women staff, whose team placed third at the 2024 Aufguss WM playoffs. There is also a 75°C Finnish sauna with self-löyly, a low-heat mist sauna, free bedrock bathing, and cold baths at 25°C and 15°C. Open 12:00 to 10:00 next morning; entry from ¥2,500, one hour ¥1,600.

Sauna & Spa Capsule Hotel Daitoyo is a men-only sauna and capsule hotel in Nakazaki-nishi, within ten minutes' walk of every Umeda station. Its saunas are a 90°C löyly room renewed in April 2026 with auto-löyly every 20 minutes, a 70°C Finnish sauna with self-löyly and a four-person whisk sauna. Staff run löyly and Aufguss daily. Cooling includes two jar baths at about 20°C and 14°C and cold pools at 24°C and 18°C. Open 12:00 to 10:00 next morning; ¥2,500 on weekdays, ¥2,900 at weekends.

Umekita Onsen Ren is a 24-hour wellness park in Grand Green Osaka, north of Osaka station, certified by the health ministry as a health-promotion facility. Men have a large sauna with auto and self löyly and auto Aufguss; women have a Finnish dry sauna and an aroma moisture sauna. Cold baths are kept near 28°C under medical advice. There are indoor and outdoor pools with a tent sauna, bedrock baths, a gym and private bath-and-sauna rooms. Entry from ¥3,190 on weekdays; age 12 and up.

Hinata no Yu Osaka Universal Bayside opened in June 2025 on the 14th floor of a building five minutes from Ajikawaguchi station, calling itself a sento with a natural hot spring from 1,000 m and open-air baths over Osaka Bay. The far-infrared tower sauna seats about 20 and has auto-löyly and Aufguss sessions; a cold bath and an outdoor rest area with beds and chairs catch the sea breeze. Open 7:00 to 24:00; adult entry is ¥900 on weekday daytimes, rising to ¥1,400 on weekend evenings.

Hinata no Yu Shin-Osaka is a day hot spring on the ninth floor of a building six minutes' walk from the Shin-Osaka office district, with a natural spring from 800 m and mostly open-air baths looking out over the city. Its far-infrared sauna is set to 85°C with tiered seating, and the cold bath runs at 17.5 to 18°C; occasional Aufguss events are held. It opens at 6:00 for morning bathing, 8:00 on Saturdays, and closes at 1:00. Adult entry is ¥880 on weekdays and ¥1,000 at weekends.

Tsurumi-ryokuchi Yumoto Suishun is a day hot spring by Tsurumi-ryokuchi station, drawing a therapeutic spring from 1,300 m for its 13 baths. Men have a far-infrared sauna, a herbal salt steam sauna and a meditation sauna with push-button löyly; women have the far-infrared and herbal salt steam saunas. Staff also fan guests with big uchiwa during löyly sessions, and there is a cold bath and one of Osaka's largest bedrock-bath areas. Open 9:00 to 2:00, from 6:00 on Sundays.
