The Spa at The Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary has a sauna, steam room and whirlpool alongside co-ed lounges, a current pool and a meditation courtyard. Spa access comes with a massage or facial valued at $175 or more; local guests can book Monday to Thursday, while Friday to Sunday appointments are for hotel guests only. The spa is open 8am to 5:30pm daily, for ages 18 and over.
