24 Kaikan Ueno is a gay men's hotel and sauna in Kitaueno, Taito, open 24 hours every day of the year. Its fourth-floor bath has a dry sauna, a mist sauna and a steam sauna, and the building also holds private rooms, mixed rooms, a training room, a snack bar with karaoke and a rooftop sun deck. Entry is ¥3,300 for a 12-hour stay when arriving between 5:00 and 21:00, or ¥3,900 for 14 hours after 21:00, with a six-hour weekday option at ¥2,900. It is one of three 24 Kaikan branches.
