Sauna & Hotel Karumaru Ikebukuro is a men-only sauna complex with capsule and hotel rooms in Ikebukuro. It has four saunas: a rock sauna lined with Aji granite with auto-löyly and aufguss, a kelo sauna with self-löyly, a one-person herbal steam barrel and a wood-fired stove sauna. Four cold baths range from a single-digit plunge with jets to 33 °C, and there is an open-air jacuzzi. Entry ¥3,480, or ¥1,980 for 60 minutes; open 11:00 to 10:00 the next day, baths until 9:00. No tattoos.

TOTOPA is a sauna spa inside Meiji Park in Kasumigaoka-machi, Shinjuku, with separate floors for women (2F) and men (3F). The men's floor has three saunas, two with auto-löyly, plus a deep cold tub and an open-air lounge; the women's floor has a fragrant-wood sauna and a herbal steam room. Guests bathe unclothed, and swimsuits are not allowed. Priced by time from ¥2,178 for an hour on weekdays; open daily 11:00–23:00 with no regular closing day; tattoos welcome; cashless.

Hotta-yu is a sento seven minutes from Nishiarai Station in Adachi, renovated in April 2022. The men's open-air area has a herbal sauna for up to 12 people, a 160 cm cold bath described as the deepest in Tokyo, a large outdoor bath and a spacious rest area; the women's side has a 'wall-löyly' sauna and two cold baths of different temperatures and depths. The original tile murals were kept. Open 14:00–24:00 on weekdays and 8:00–24:00 at weekends and holidays; closed the second Thursday.
押上温泉 大黒湯
Oshiage Onsen Daikokuyu, six minutes from Oshiage Station, is a sento founded in 1949 whose baths use a weakly alkaline natural hot spring, with the Skytree in view from its large open-air bath. Both sides have a 95 °C far-infrared sauna; one side adds a mugwort salt steam sauna at 50–60 °C, and the two bath halls swap daily. Second-floor decks with hammocks serve for cooling. Sauna ¥300–400 extra on ¥600 entry; open mid-afternoon to 10:00 next morning; closed Tuesdays; tattoos allowed.
