TOTOPA is a sauna spa inside Meiji Park in Kasumigaoka-machi, Shinjuku, with separate floors for women (2F) and men (3F). The men's floor has three saunas, two with auto-löyly, plus a deep cold tub and an open-air lounge; the women's floor has a fragrant-wood sauna and a herbal steam room. Sauna-Tokyo, a minute from Akasaka Station, is a men-only sauna open 24 hours with five saunas and three cold baths. Its main löyly sauna seats over 40, with sound, lighting and auto-löyly under automatic control, and hosts aufguss shows; there is also a self-löyly kelo sauna, a humid bona meditation sauna, a Showa-style dry far-infrared sauna and an Edo-style cupboard steam bath. Cold baths run at about 15, 22 and 8 °C. From ¥1,900 an hour on weekdays; occasional ladies' days.
押上温泉 大黒湯
Oshiage Onsen Daikokuyu, six minutes from Oshiage Station, is a sento founded in 1949 whose baths use a weakly alkaline natural hot spring, with the Skytree in view from its large open-air bath. Both sides have a 95 °C far-infrared sauna; one side adds a mugwort salt steam sauna at 50–60 °C, and the two bath halls swap daily. Second-floor decks with hammocks serve for cooling. Sauna ¥300–400 extra on ¥600 entry; open mid-afternoon to 10:00 next morning; closed Tuesdays; tattoos allowed.

Spa LaQua is a large hot-spring spa in Tokyo Dome City fed by amber sodium chloride water from 1,700 m underground. The men's baths have four saunas, including a 100 °C log sauna, a Finnish self-löyly sauna and a sauna with staff-led aufguss; the women's have three, including a 45 °C mist sauna, with staff löyly sessions. Cold baths run at about 17 to 22 °C. Adult entry from ¥3,500 including towels and loungewear; open 11:00 to 9:00 the next day; no tattoos.

Matsumoto-yu is a sento in Higashi-Nakano, three minutes from Ochiai Station, fully renovated in August 2021. The men's sauna holds 20 people, and the women's side has a dry sauna and a steam sauna. Both sides have two cold baths at 16 °C and 28 °C, the colder one 150 cm deep for men and 135 cm for women. Bath and sauna together cost ¥1,100, and tattoos are accepted. Open 14:00–24:00, Sundays 8:00–12:00 and 15:00–24:00; closed Thursdays unless a holiday.
