Description
Worthing Leisure Centre in Goring-by-Sea is the largest South Downs Leisure site. Its £2 million redevelopment added a new gym with a recovery and wellness area built around a Sunlighten infrared sauna with red light therapy, which the operator calls one of the UK's largest, alongside a HydroMassage lounger and a CryoLounge+ chair. The sauna is for over-18s. The centre opens weekdays 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
