ASAP is a Finnish sauna and cold plunge studio on the second floor of 11 Stanley Street in Central. Its social sauna runs at 85–95 °C and holds up to 30 people, and five individual stainless-steel ice baths sit at 5–10 °C. Facilities are shared and mixed-gender, towels and bathing suits are included, and a Single Dip costs HK$399 with no time limit. The studio can also be hired for private events. Open weekdays 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM and weekends from 9:00 AM.
