CONTRAST Palm Jumeirah
CONTRAST Palm Jumeirah is a contrast-therapy studio in Golden Mile Galleria on Palm Jumeirah with private suites only. One suite pairs a custom-built Finnish sauna with an ice bath and shower; another has a full-spectrum cedarwood infrared sauna, with the ice bath in a separate private room. Sessions last up to an hour and can be booked solo or for a small group; an infrared sauna and ice bath session for one is AED 250. Open daily 7:00 to 22:00.
The Ice House Meadows
The Ice House Meadows is a recovery studio on the ground floor of The Meadows Village with three private rooms, each with its own infrared sauna, shower and ice bath at a different temperature between 1 and 13 °C. It is the only Ice House branch with a traditional dry sauna. A 30-minute sauna session costs AED 195 and a 45-minute sauna and ice bath session AED 270. Open Monday to Friday 8:00 to 20:00 and weekends 8:00 to 18:00.
Banya Forrest
Banya Forrest is a Slavic banya with a licensed restaurant at Bluewaters Residences 1 on Bluewaters Island. The public banya is heated by a 20-ton stove and there is a separate private banya, a 6 °C plunge pool, a communal snow room and an ocean-view terrace for cooling off. Parenie (venik steaming) treatments are offered. Entry covers three hours and costs AED 300 on Mondays and weekday daytimes, AED 450 on weekday evenings and weekends. Open daily from 10:00.

DUBANYA opened in 2022 as the first traditional Russian banya in Dubai and the Gulf, at the Dukes The Palm hotel on Palm Jumeirah. The steam room runs at 60–80 °C with 40–60% humidity, with venik (birch or oak broom) steaming by a therapist, warm and cold plunge pools (about 8 °C) and snow. Sessions last three hours at 11:00, 15:00 and 19:00; men's and women's sessions are held separately, entry is 16+, and advance booking is required.
La Villa Banya
La Villa Banya is a Russian banya compound in Jumeirah 1 with five privately booked bath houses: Nobleman's Hut, Nomad's Yurt, Hunter's Hut, Siberian Hut and Khutor. Steam is humid (up to 80%) at around 55–70 °C, with oak venik rituals by a steam master and an ice plunge. Huts are rented for 2.5 hours from AED 5,500 for up to six people; single-guest packages start at AED 2,800. A restaurant serves Russian food. Open daily 10:00 to 01:00.
