Koti Polanco is Koti's fourth site and a boutique social bathhouse: a sauna that opens onto a terrace with loungers, a cave steam room, cold plunges, hot mineral soaking tubs, an immersive sound bubble, a juice and snack bar and a quiet rest room. A day pass has no time limit. Koti's saunas run at 80–90 °C, steam and soaks at 40–50 °C and plunges at 3–10 °C. A three-day starter pack costs MX$1,500; bathing attire is required in the group spaces.
