Königliche Kristall-Therme Seelze
The Kristall-Therme in Seelze, west of Hannover, is a thermal brine spa with about 10,000 m² of bathing area, natural brine pools of 1.5 to 12 per cent salt, a sports pool and a romantic garden. It has seven themed saunas, four inside and three outside, from 60 to 105 °C, plus a steam bath and an Ottoman hammam, with daily Aufguss rituals and a cold plunge. The saunas are always nude. Three hours cost €24, a day €39.50.

Sauna Martinique is an independent sauna landscape of over 5,000 m² in Laatzen-Rethen, just south of Hannover. It runs eight heat rooms from 46 to 92 °C, among them a Finnish Aufguss sauna with hourly infusions, an outdoor log-cabin sauna, a fire-lit earth sauna and a steam room, plus a warm indoor pool and an unheated outdoor pool kept ice-free for cooling. Bathing is nude throughout. Day tickets cost €23 to €26.
