Aquatonic Nantes, on Place Aristide Briand in the city centre, combines an aquatic circuit, a fitness club and a spa with seven treatment rooms. The Parcours Aquatonic comes with a hammam and a sauna; a bath sheet is required in the sauna, a swim cap is compulsory, and men must wear swim briefs or boxers rather than shorts. It opens 8:30 AM to 9 PM on weekdays, 9 AM to 8 PM on Saturday and 10 AM to 7 PM on Sunday.
