SPA Aušra is a pool and spa centre on Vytauto avenue in central Kaunas. A visit covers a 25-metre swimming pool, three massage pools and a sauna area with a sauna, a Lithuanian pirtis and a steam room; longer programmes add a Himalayan salt and infrared room. A two-hour adult visit costs €24 on weekdays and €33 any day, and from 7 PM to 10 PM the spa is reserved for adults. Swimwear and towels are needed.
