FLÖ Wellbeing & Wild Spa
FLÖ is a lakeside wild spa at Blackpit Farm between Stowe and Silverstone, west of Milton Keynes, with a wood-fired sauna, hot tubs, cold plunges and lifeguarded wild swimming in the lake. Swim, sauna and plunge sessions and hot tub spa sessions are booked in advance, and swimwear must be worn in the sauna. Monthly Fire & Ice guided sauna sessions combine breathwork, sauna heat and cold water. Sauna and swimming run Thursday to Sunday.
