Description
SaunaFit is the contrast therapy suite inside loftMD, an esthetics studio in Baltimore's Brewers Hill. Guests book the private suite alone or in pairs and alternate an infrared sauna with a cold plunge; two towels, water and basic amenities are included. Sessions run 30 minutes for $30, 45 minutes for $80 for two, and a 60-minute slot is reserved for members. Baltimore Magazine named it an Editor's Pick for relaxation destination.
