The Saltwater Sauna – Avon Beach

The Saltwater Sauna's Avon Beach site in Christchurch has two identical electric Nordic sauna cabins on the promenade, each for up to 7 people, with panoramic windows looking across to the Isle of Wight. Sessions last 65 minutes, communal for up to 6 guests or private for up to 7, with private guided rituals on request. Guests cool off under a cold beach shower, with bucket pours or in the sea. Guests must be 16 or over and swimwear is required.
