Description
The Saltwater Sauna runs two wood-fired Nordic sauna cabins beside the dunes on Sandbanks Beach in Poole, near the volleyball nets: BIG seats 8 and SMALL seats 6, both with panoramic sea windows. Sessions last 65 minutes and are communal or private, with private guided rituals on request. Cooling is a cold beach shower, bucket pours or a dip in the sea. It is an off-grid site with small changing spaces; guests must be 16 or over and swimwear is required.
