Description
A boutique gym in the foyer of The Dean Cork hotel at Horgan's Quay, run by POWER in association with The Dean group. Beside the gym floor and two studios is a thermal suite with a 10 m hydrotherapy pool, a cedar sauna and a eucalyptus steam room. Membership starts at €149 a month; non-members can buy a €50 day pass covering the gym floor, thermal suite and changing rooms, with 24 hours' notice. Open 6:30am to 9pm on weekdays and 8am to 9pm at weekends.
