Trident Gym Coventry

Trident Gym Coventry is a 24/7 strength and fitness gym on Bishop Street in Coventry city centre, part of the Trident Gym chain. Alongside dumbbells up to 70 kg, three squat racks, plate-loaded machines, cardio kit and a boxing area, its recovery spa has two saunas. Staffed hours are 8am to 9pm on weekdays and 8am to 4pm at weekends, and parking is free. A day pass costs £7 and memberships start at £25 a month for students.
