You Can Sauna Mamhead

You Can Sauna runs a traditional wood-fired sauna in a secluded woodland spot at Mamhead, a few minutes from its original Haldon Forest Park site south of Exeter, off the A380. The sauna runs at 70 to 100°C, with several cold plunges and a fire pit between rounds. Drop-in sessions cost £15 to £20 and last 50 to 60 minutes; private sessions start at £99. The site is off-grid with no showers, and swimwear is required in the sauna.
