Montun Sauna & Cafe

Montun Sauna & Cafe runs two wood-fired saunas at the Ouluntulli quarry-pond beach on the Oulu–Kempele border. The public sauna (yleisösauna) needs no booking: bathers pay EUR 6.90 for two hours by MobilePay and light the stove themselves if it is cold. A second sauna can be booked privately online (EUR 35 for two hours, up to five people). Cooling is in the pond, with an ice hole in winter. Swimsuits are compulsory. Both saunas are open daily from 7:00 to 1:00; a kiosk café opens in summer.
