Optimyze Tempe

Optimyze Tempe is a coached cold plunge and infrared sauna center on East Guadalupe Road in south Tempe, near ASU. A one-hour Center Session gives access to a full spectrum infrared sauna, cold water therapy, warm water hydrotherapy, compression, red light and PEMF, with coaches guiding the circuit. A first visit costs $35 for Greater Phoenix residents with an Arizona ID and all other sessions are $69. Open daily, 7 AM to 7 PM on weekdays and 7 AM to 4 PM at weekends.
