笑福の湯

Shofuku no Yu is a super sento five minutes on foot from JR Nishi-Yaizu Station, open daily from 6:00 to 24:00. The men's side has a spacious tower sauna heated by an iki stove and gas far-infrared heaters; the women's side has a dry sauna and a salt sauna. Both sides have outdoor baths of milky artificial hot-spring water, carbonated baths and tsubo-yu pots, and Korean-style stone rooms cost extra. Staff run loyly heat-wave sessions. Adults pay ¥1,000 on weekdays and ¥1,250 at weekends.
