Description
Solsiden Spa og Velværesenter is a day spa on the second floor of the Solsiden shopping centre in Trondheim, with 500 square metres designed for spa use. Its spa department has an infrared sauna, a cold plunge pool, a foot-massage zone and a relaxation area. A hosted one-hour stay there costs 300 kr alongside a treatment, with fruit, drinks, bathrobe, towel and slippers included; guests bring their own swimwear or rent it. Open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 21:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 18:00.
