SISU Sauna & Cold Plunge is a locally owned, family-run contrast therapy centre in Meridian, named after the Finnish word for grit. It runs one-hour sessions in two session rooms, each with a traditional sauna kept around 180°F where guests may pour water on the stones (löyly), a cold plunge at 40°F or 50°F and a bucket shower. Up to six people share a session, groups of up to ten can book a room, and bathing suits are required.
