Description
A private health club at Silversprings in Tivoli, on the north bank of the Lee about 5 minutes from the city centre, with a gym, a 25 m four-lane pool and a health suite. The health suite has a steam room and a sauna that looks out over the river, plus a bucket shower. It is membership only and does not sell day passes. Open 6am to 10pm on weekdays and 8am to 6pm at weekends and bank holidays.
