Bodhi Salt Center

Bodhi Salt Center is a physician co-owned wellness studio in St. Matthews built around salt therapy. Its Siberian red cedar barrel uses custom herbal steam blends ($65 for 45 minutes), and a private contrast-therapy suite pairs an infrared salt sauna with red light and a halogenerator with a 48–53°F cold plunge ($65 for 60 minutes). Salt rooms, massage and Shirodhara round out the menu. Closed Mondays.
