Cryo Lounge

Cryo Lounge is a recovery studio on Shelbyville Road in St. Matthews centred on whole-body and localized cryotherapy. Its private Sunlighten infrared sauna runs at 120–140°F with near, mid and far infrared, in 30 to 45 minute sessions; a single sauna session costs $35, or $20 for a first visit. Compression therapy, shockwave therapy and a body-slimming treadmill are also offered. Walk-ins are welcome.
