Balance House Studio is a contrast-therapy studio on Central Avenue in St. Petersburg's Grand Central District, paired with the Balance House Cafe next door. Its traditional sauna runs dry heat of 175–195°F and cold plunge water is typically 50–59°F, with red light therapy included in entry passes. Single entry passes cost $35 to $45, a BH Private Room with sauna, cold plunge, red light and shower can be booked, and the studio is open Tuesday to Sunday.
