The Studio on Central

The Studio on Central is a sauna and cold plunge studio in St. Petersburg's Grand Central District, sister to The Studio in Dunedin. It has a traditional communal sauna seating up to 10, infrared saunas and a steam sauna around 194°F, with cold plunge tubs at 40–52°F and red light therapy. Guided sessions run three rounds of 15 minutes of heat and about 4 minutes of cold with meditation or breathwork; a 40-minute drop-in sauna session costs $35 and private saunas are by appointment.
