Hope Floats

Hope Floats is a family-owned wellness spa on the first floor of 7625 Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Bethesda offering flotation therapy, infrared sauna and cold plunge. Its infrared sauna runs at 150°F and the cold plunge at 45°F; a 30-minute far-infrared session costs $40, a 15-minute cold plunge $35 and 30- or 60-minute contrast therapy $65 or $100. Massage and fascial stretch therapy are also offered. Open 8 AM to 8 PM seven days a week.
