Mekanix Houston

Mekanix is a calisthenics and recovery gym at 8939 Long Point Road in Houston's Spring Branch. Its hour-long Fire and Ice class alternates three rounds between ice baths and the sauna and finishes with a final plunge, with instructors guiding first-time participants through the protocol.
