The saunarium of Fabryka Wody, the aquapark built on the site of the old Gontynka bathing area, spreads over three levels and 2,500 m² with 13 saunas and steam baths, among them desert, castle, fireplace, Slavic, volcanic, cinema and hammam rooms. Sauna masters run rituals, and guests cool off in a snow grotto and cold plunge pools or on the roof terrace. The zone is adults-only and textile-free, open daily 12:00–22:00; one hour costs 55 PLN.

Ruska Bania is a wood-fired Russian-style banya on the shore of Lake Głębokie, beside the Głębokie bathing beach. The main banya holds up to 14 people for public or private sessions led by a sauna master, with four guided rounds, aromatherapy and optional birch or oak venik massage. A separate panoramic sauna for 7 is booked exclusively. Guests cool off in the lake or a cold shower; the sauna zone is textile-free.

Sportfit Ekko is a fitness, squash and table-tennis centre in the Ekko building on the right bank of the Odra. Its relaxation zone, a mini spa, has a dry sauna reaching up to 100 °C at about 20 % humidity, a rest area and a cooling area with a cold shower. The club's sauna guidance says to use the sauna naked, wrapped in a dry cotton towel. It opens weekdays 6:30–22:00 and weekends 9:00–20:00.
