Sauna House Raleigh is a Nordic-style communal bathhouse on Dupont Circle, built around a two-hour Thermal Cycle of hot, cold and rest. Access includes traditional Finnish saunas, cold plunges, a cold shower, a warm pool and heated lounge benches. The co-ed space is phone-free and bathing suits are required. Private Hot-Cold-Relax rooms and massage are also offered. Open daily except Tuesday.
