7th Heaven Spa at Four Points by Sheraton

7th Heaven is a public spa on the seventh floor of Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano. Its day-spa admission includes saunas, steam bath, rooftop pool and relaxation area. A €20 short weekday ticket covers 12:00–15:00, while the saunas only open at 14:30; book a full-day option for a longer sauna visit. The operator asks outside visitors to reserve in advance from 26 November to 6 January and notes possible restricted dates.
