Surge Wellness is a recovery and biohacking studio in the Cedar Mill area of Northwest Portland whose contrast therapy room holds one traditional dry sauna running 150 to 195 degrees and one far-infrared sauna at 125 to 150 degrees, alongside two cold plunges set at about 50 and 44 degrees. The room is booked for one person or a pair, with 30-minute sessions from $20 and credit-based memberships from $150 a month; other services include hyperbaric oxygen, an ozone sauna and lymphatic drainage.
